We achieve this by carefully selecting our construction and design/build team best suited for each project. Each of our project managers manage the projects they estimate, which allows for a seamless transition between the pre-construction and construction phases.

Each of our superintendents has 20 or more years of experience in the construction industry. Once we select the superintendent for the project, they provide the on-site management from the day the project starts, until the day the building is turned over to the owner.

This philosophy has allowed Fitts and Goodwin to perform repeat business for many well-known clients for more than 25 years.
